Natasha James is a Sonoma County, North Bay based musician/artist steeped in the Americana, Blues/Rock, Country tradition. It is music that is solidly based in the storytelling tradition, but unlike most music from singer/songwriters, Natasha James' unique musical sound wraps itself around a solid and diverse percussive backdrop, incorporating elements of Bluegrass, Norteno, Zydeco, and second line as well as blues forms ranging from Delta to the Stax-Volt era.

The single, The Restless Kind,  is now #29 on the ACQB (FM) charts!
